I remember the first time I got to know Alma. It was in the 8th Ward and Mary and I had just moved into the ward. He was friendly and got to know me. That friendship has grown to trust and loyalty in many ways.
I always enjoyed our visits and the way we could talk about anything and get the world's problems corrected then know that we could always have another visit.
Now those visits will end for awhile but the memories will lastlong.
I'm grateful for the memories and trust I can continue making new ones with Arlene and the family.
I'll be happy to help in continuing times of need.

Dear Arlene and Family,

We are saddened at your loss. Truly we thought he had so many years to give on this side of the viel.

Our lives have been enriched because of his service in the Sixth Ward and the association of the Tremonton Stake. Over the years many Sixth Ward members and others as well expressed their respect and admiration for the integrity of his service.

Alma is a grand, honest and humble man. The Bear River Valley is a better place because he has lived and shared his life.
